White Wine Plum Sangria

This sangria is a must-try for wine lovers looking for a unique, seasonal drink that's perfect for any occasion. The subtle sweetness of plums pairs beautifully with the white wine, while the fresh fruit adds a vibrant, colorful touch.

Ingredients

For the simple syrup
  • 2 Plums, pitted and stems removed
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Water
For the sangria
  • 1 Bottle Dry White Wine
  • 3 Plums Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice + plus extra slices
  • 1/4 Cup Brandy
  • Fresh Mint (optional)

Directions

  1. Make simple syrup by combining plums, sugar, and water and then bring to a boil and let simmer of 5 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit for another 5 minutes and then strain the liquid and chill it thoroughly.
  2. Add white wine, 1/4 cup simple syrup, sliced plums, lemon slices, and brandy to a pitcher and stir to combine.
  3. Add ice to a few glasses along with extra fruit and then add the sangria to each glass leaving a little room at the top of each glass.
  4. Top off each glass with sparkling water and then garnish with fresh mint and serve.
