● 3 ripe plums, sliced
● 2 large tomatoes, sliced – heirloom or beefsteak
● 1/2 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
● 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
● 3 tablespoons olive oil
● 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
● 1/4 cup basil leaves, roughly chopped
● Flaky sea salt, for serving
● Cracked black pepper, for serving
1. To a large platter, layer with sliced plums, tomato slices, tomato halves, and mozzarella.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Garnish with basil, salt and pepper. Serve
immediately.
