Grilled Plum & Goat Cheese Salad with Honey Lemon Dressing

The perfect balance of sweet, savory, and tangy, this Grilled Plum and Goat Cheese Salad is a must-try for fruit and cheese lovers alike.

Ingredients

  • 2 plums
  • 3 cups of arugula
  • ½ of a lemon
  • ¼ of a red onion
  • 1 tbsp of goat cheese crumbles
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Salt and pepper
Grilled Plum & Goat Cheese Salad with Honey Lemon Dressing

Directions

  1. Heat up a griddle pan on the stove at medium high heat. Slice plums into quarters and grill on pan for a few minutes on each side. Set aside to cool.
  2. For the dressing, combine olive oil, honey, the juice from half of a lemon and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay down a bed of arugula onto a large plate. Thinly slice red onion and scatter on top.
  4. Drizzle a light amount of dressing onto salad.
  5. Place grilled plums on top and garnish plate with goat cheese crumbles.
